We have our QLD Bulls Family Fun Day once a year, and as this was my first year coordinating the event, I wanted to have something that guests could take home and remember the day. We had between 1500-2000 people at our fun day. We had rides, face painting, a BBQ, carnival food, sponsor products and cricket activities. We had a photobooth set up, which was free of charge for our guests. When the photos were printed our logo also appeared on the last slide. This was a great promotion for our fun day. There was always someone wanting to get into the booth to have a shot taken. We had Nitro from the Shak as our MC for the day and he also jumped in the booth to have his photo taken, which the kids loved!!
The day was a big success, and it was great to have a DVD with all of our photos on it to share around the office and to our sponsors.
